Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the front desk, processing returns, exchanges, and defective merchandise claims accurately.
• Order Pickup & Drive Up: Support omnichannel operations by retrieving pre-picked online orders and delivering them to guests inside the store or safely out to their vehicles.
• Conflict Resolution: Act as the immediate problem solver for basic needs. You will navigate pricing discrepancies, manage interpersonal conflicts, and accommodate requests with empathy.
• Cash Management: Execute precise cash handling, issue merchandise return cards, and balance the customer service register at the end of shifts.
