Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly organized, professional, and friendly individuals to manage the executive desk of the store. As an Administrative Assistant, you will field high-level phone calls, manage schedules, and process vital paperwork. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Executive Support: Manage the Store Director's calendar, schedule vendor meetings, and prepare agendas for weekly department manager meetings.
• Communications: Act as the primary operator for the main store phone line, routing customer compliments, complaints, and business inquiries to the appropriate parties.
• Document Management: Draft, format, and distribute internal memos, ensuring all store signage and employee communications are professional and accurate.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning store-wide events, community outreach programs, and catering requests for large corporate clients.
