Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals to join our retail floor team. As an entry-level Store Clerk, you will be trained to become a master of merchandise placement and customer support. You will serve as an in-aisle ambassador, delivering the signature neatness and hospitality that sets JCPenney apart in the department store industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Aisle Maintenance (Zoning): Execute continuous visual recovery, pulling merchandise to the front of the shelves, organizing apparel racks, and ensuring pricing tags are accurate.
• Freight Processing: Unload weekly delivery trucks and push new merchandise—from home goods to family apparel—to the sales floor swiftly using rolling carts.
• Customer Interaction: Proactively approach browsing shoppers to offer assistance, locate specific sizes, and answer basic front-store questions.
• Front End Support: Cross-train on the cash register to jump in and assist the checkout team when lines get long during peak shopping hours.

Requirements & Qualifications
