Job Summary

We are searching for charismatic, highly skilled retail professionals to step into the role of Sales Lead. You will work alongside associates on the floor, setting the standard for customer service, merchandising precision, and operational efficiency. You will act as a mentor to new hires and a dependable right hand to the Department Managers. This is the perfect stepping stone for those looking to build a career in retail leadership.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Peer Mentorship: Shadow and train new store Partners, demonstrating best practices for customer engagement, shelf stocking, and digital ordering systems.
• Floor Execution: Take the lead on complex merchandising tasks, ensuring that seasonal endcaps and promotional displays are built to exact corporate standards.
• Pacing & Motivation: Keep the energy high during busy shifts, encouraging the team to hit restocking goals and maintain a pristine shopping environment.
• Management Support: Assist department managers with daily operational checklists, handling basic customer escalations, and reporting low inventory levels.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No college degree required; 1 to 2 years of retail, grocery, or sales floor experience is highly preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills, a natural ability to coach others, and a deep understanding of retail merchandising.
• Ability to walk, bend, and stay highly active on the sales floor for the duration of the shift.
