Job Summary

We are actively seeking experienced, highly organized, and driven leaders to join our club management team. As a Department Supervisor, you will direct the stock clerks, manage inventory flow, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. You will serve as the category expert, delivering the signature reliability that sets us apart in the wholesale retail industry. This is an active, floor-based leadership role perfect for those who want to advance into upper management.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct the daily tasks of the department associates, ensuring pallets are broken down swiftly and products are merchandised correctly.
• Inventory Management: Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify low stock, manage shrink, and coordinate with the receiving dock for rapid replenishment.
• Quality Control: For fresh departments, rigorously enforce temperature logs, expiration date rotations, and sanitation standards.
• Member Service: Lead by example on the floor, assisting members with locating items and resolving any issues related to your department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No college degree required; 2+ years of retail, grocery, or warehouse supervisory experience is strongly preferred.
• Must possess strong delegation skills, a keen eye for merchandising, and a commitment to workplace safety.
• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to walk the concrete floors, lift heavy items, and operate pallet jacks.
