Job Summary

Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Visible Deterrence: Conduct continuous patrols of the sales floor and entrance areas in full uniform to deter shoplifting and ensure a safe shopping environment.
- CCTV Operations: Monitor live camera feeds from the security office occasionally, tracking suspicious behavior and alerting management to potential risks.
- De-escalation & Incident Support: Respond to disturbances on the sales floor, utilizing professional de-escalation techniques and assisting management in documenting security incidents.
- Customer Service: Act as an approachable authority figure, greeting customers as they enter, providing directions, and ensuring they feel safe while shopping.
