• Guest Service Basics: Utilize rigorous training to respond to fast-paced shopper inquiries, helping guests find last-minute items near the registers.
• Premium Hospitality: Deliver exceptional service during peak hours. This includes smiling, processing payments accurately, and providing personalized care to ensure a seamless visit.
• Retail Maintenance: Keep the front lanes looking their best by organizing the impulse-buy shelves, wiping down scanner belts, and ensuring bagging stations are fully stocked.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the Guest Service desk to ensure mis-scanned items or returns are handled smoothly without holding up the line.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (with valid work permit) or 18 years of age upon application.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; absolutely no prior retail experience required.
• Must possess an incredibly positive attitude, a willingness to be coached, and the ability to multitask.
• Ability to stand in a limited area for extended periods and safely lift 20-40 pounds.
