Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Freight Processing: Unload daily deliveries, breaking down large corrugated boxes and sorting merchandise into apparel, home, and beauty categories.
- Merchandise Preparation: Place garments on company-standard hangers, attach electronic article surveillance (EAS) tags, and ensure price stickers are pristine.
- Floor Replenishment: Push rolling Z-racks and flatbed carts to the sales floor, working alongside the merchandising team to seamlessly integrate new products onto the racks.
- Zone Maintenance: Keep the backroom perfectly clear of tripping hazards, break down boxes flat, and operate the trash compactor safely.
