Job Summary

We are actively seeking highly athletic, fast-moving, and detail-oriented individuals to join our digital fulfillment team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will navigate the store to fulfill online orders, Ship-to-Store requests, and Same-Day Delivery pick-ups. You will serve as the engine of our digital growth, delivering the signature speed and accuracy that sets Walgreens apart in the pharmacy retail industry. This is an incredibly physical role where you will be on the move constantly.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Rapid Order Picking: Utilize handheld smart devices to locate health, beauty, and convenience items across the store with extreme speed to meet strict 30-minute fulfillment goals.
• Quality Control: Ensure every item picked is in pristine condition, checking expiration dates on over-the-counter medications and avoiding damaged packaging.
• Packing & Staging: Bag orders neatly and efficiently, staging them in designated hold locations for customer pick-up or third-party delivery drivers (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats).
• Inventory Collaboration: Communicate with the stockroom team to locate hard-to-find items in the back before canceling any part of a customer's order.
