Job Summary

We are actively seeking high-energy, flexible, and positive individuals to join our seasonal support team. As an entry-level Retail Associate, you will be trained across multiple departments, acting as a "floater" who steps in wherever the store needs you most. You will serve as a brand ambassador, delivering the signature hustle that sets Target apart in the retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Operational Support: Jump into action where needed most—whether it's backing up the cashier lanes to reduce lines, zoning the toy department, or helping fulfill online orders.
• Guest Service Basics: Utilize rapid training to respond to fast-paced shopper inquiries, directing traffic, and utilizing smart devices to locate out-of-stock items.
• Premium Hospitality: Deliver exceptional guest service in all zones despite the holiday rush. This includes smiling, maintaining a festive attitude, and providing personalized care.
• Retail Maintenance: Keep the store looking its best by organizing retail shelves, wiping down registers, and sweeping the sales floor.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (with valid work permit) or 18 years of age upon application.
• No prior retail experience required—we provide rapid, effective onboarding.
• Must possess extreme schedule flexibility, including availability for "Blackout" dates around major holidays (November/December).
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis.
