Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, energetic, and highly reliable individuals to join our daily crew. As a Shelf Stocker, you will be responsible for packing out freight while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of the store, delivering the signature abundance that sets Trader Joe's apart in the grocery industry. This is an active role perfect for those who love staying on their feet and interacting with their community.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Freight Pack-Out: Stock heavy boxes of unique grocery items into their correct aisles, utilizing handheld cutters and building structurally sound, abundant displays.
• Product Rotation: Meticulously execute First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stocking methods, ensuring the freshest items are placed at the back of the shelf.
• Customer Engagement: Pause your stocking duties to answer customer questions, walk them to specific items, and provide personal recommendations on your favorite products.
• Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard, operate the industrial baler safely, and keep the aisles clear of trip hazards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
