- Order Hand-Offs: Monitor smart devices for arriving guests, rapidly retrieving their bagged orders from the coolers, freezers, and dry-hold shelves with extreme speed and accuracy.
- Drive Up Excellence: Run orders out to guest vehicles in the designated Drive Up spots, verifying names and safely loading merchandise into trunks while providing a warm greeting.
- Service Desk Support: Step in to process standard returns, exchanges, and answer store phone calls when the Drive Up queue is clear.
- Inventory Maintenance: Ensure the hold space remains perfectly organized, returning canceled orders to the sales floor (reshop) promptly.
