Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be trained in all facets of our returns and support operations. • Defect Processing: Sort returned items that cannot go back to the sales floor into specific salvage, donate, or defect bins according to strict corporate guidelines.
• Team Collaboration: Act as an essential support player, assisting front-end leadership with overriding register prompts and providing backup cashiering during extreme rushes.
