Job Summary

We are actively seeking outgoing, observant, and highly friendly individuals to join our front-end team. As a Door Host, you will manage the entrance and exit of the warehouse, verifying digital or physical membership cards upon entry and scanning receipts upon exit. You will serve as a service ambassador, delivering the signature reliability that sets Sam's Club apart in the wholesale industry. This is an active, standing role perfect for those who love engaging with hundreds of people daily.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Membership Verification: Greet every entering member with a warm smile, ensuring they have an active digital or physical Sam's Club card ready for shopping.
• Exit Auditing: Utilize handheld scanners to swiftly verify outgoing receipts against the items in the member's cart, ensuring accuracy and reducing shrink.
• Queue Management: Keep the entrance and exit flowing smoothly during peak weekend hours, proactively directing traffic and assisting members with the Scan & Go app.
• Club Safety: Keep the vestibule area clean, organized, and free of hazards, immediately reporting any safety concerns to management.
