Job Summary

As a Fulfillment Associate, you will navigate the store to fulfill online orders, Ship-to-Store requests, and Same-Day Delivery pick-ups. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Rapid Order Picking: Utilize handheld smart devices to locate health, beauty, and convenience items across the store with extreme speed to meet strict 30-minute fulfillment goals.
- Quality Control: Ensure every item picked is in pristine condition, checking expiration dates on over-the-counter medications and avoiding damaged packaging.
- Packing & Staging: Bag orders neatly and efficiently, staging them in designated hold locations for customer pick-up or third-party delivery drivers (e.g., DoorDash, UberEats).
- Inventory Collaboration: Communicate with the stockroom team to locate hard-to-find items in the back before canceling any part of a customer's order.
