Job Summary

We are actively seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and highly organized individuals to join our sales floor team. As an entry-level General Merchandise Expert, you will be trained to become a master of inventory placement. You will serve as an in-aisle ambassador, delivering the signature neatness and hospitality that sets Target apart in the retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Aisle Maintenance (Zoning): Execute continuous visual recovery, pulling merchandise to the front of the shelves, organizing endcaps, and ensuring pricing labels are accurate.
• Freight Processing: Unload daily truck deliveries and push new merchandise to the sales floor swiftly, utilizing wheeled vehicles and specialized equipment safely.
• Guest Interaction: Proactively approach browsing guests to offer assistance, locate specific items using your store device, and suggest complementary products.
• Inventory Accuracy: Utilize rigorous training to perform backroom location audits, pulling items from reserve storage to replenish the active sales floor.
