Job Summary
We are actively seeking friendly, reliable, and detail-focused individuals to join our Front of Store team. As an entry-level Guest Advocate, you will be the welcoming face of Target, entrusted with mastering the checkout process and managing guest returns. You will serve as a service ambassador, delivering the signature joy and efficiency that sets Target apart in the retail industry. Comprehensive Responsibilities
- Fast-Paced Checkout: Lead the front-of-house operations by processing guest transactions swiftly and accurately using our modern Point of Sale (POS) registers.
- Guest Solutions: Utilize rigorous training to respond to guest inquiries at the Guest Services desk, processing returns, exchanges, and order pickups with empathy and professionalism.
- Front of Store Maintenance: Keep the checkout lanes immaculate. Restock bags, collect stray shopping carts, and ensure the entrance is always clean, safe, and ready for business.
- Drive Up Operations: Assist the fulfillment team by running pre-packaged online orders out to guest vehicles in our designated Drive Up zones.
