Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Service Desk Management: Learn from our team leaders how to process complex returns, issue gift cards, and handle damaged merchandise securely.
• Guest Response: Utilize rigorous training to respond to shopper inquiries in person and over the phone, offering solutions, locating products, and transferring calls accurately.
• Drive Up Processing: Manage high-traffic Drive Up periods, ensuring every guest's order is staged quickly and delivered to their vehicle within the three-minute corporate metric.
• Front End Maintenance: Execute continuous organizational tasks behind the service desk, breaking down excess cardboard from returns and organizing the holding bins.
• Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the cashier team to jump on a register and provide backup checkout support when lines get too long.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• High School diploma or GED required; no previous retail or customer service experience is necessary.
• Must possess a flexible schedule with the ability to work varying shifts including weekends.
• Ability to pass a background check, communicate clearly, and comfortably lift and maneuver up to 40 pounds repeatedly.
