- Store Recovery: Break down massive amounts of cardboard, operate the industrial baler safely, and sweep the aisles to prepare the store for opening.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Captain and Mates (our management team) to prioritize the most critical pallets for early morning readiness.
