Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Product Education: Engage with guests to understand their tech needs, explaining the features and benefits of smart devices, TVs, audio equipment, and gaming systems.
• Mobile Activation Support: Assist guests with basic prepaid phone purchases and direct them to the appropriate resources for full mobile contract activations.
• Asset Protection: Maintain strict security protocols for high-value merchandise, ensuring all locked cases and tethered displays are secured at all times.
• Visual Upkeep: Ensure the electronics aisles, television walls, and video game displays are clean, perfectly stocked, and correctly priced.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.

• Must possess an incredibly friendly, patient personality and the ability to explain complex tech simply to non-technical guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift heavy electronics (e.g., TVs) with team assistance.
