Job Summary

We are actively seeking detail-obsessed, highly organized individuals to manage our store's pricing flow. As a Price Change Coordinator, you will be trained to manage batch printing, weekly ad changeovers, and compliance audits. You will serve as the gatekeeper of our value, delivering the signature operational excellence that sets us apart in the grocery retail industry. This is a highly focused, independent role perfect for those who love repetitive accuracy and early mornings.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Ad Changeover: Arrive early on ad-launch days to rip down expired sales tags and hang thousands of new weekly promotional tags before the doors open.
• Scan Audits: Walk the aisles with a handheld terminal, scanning items randomly to ensure the shelf tag price perfectly aligns with the point-of-sale database.
• Signage Maintenance: Coordinate with department managers to ensure large promotional signs in Produce, Meat, and Deli are current and legally compliant.
• Compliance & Weights: Ensure unit pricing (e.g., price per ounce) is displayed correctly to comply with state and local consumer protection laws.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; prior experience in retail pricing, inventory, or clerical work is a strong plus.
• Must possess an incredibly sharp eye for detail, comfort with repetitive tasks, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to walk extensively, bend continuously to reach bottom shelves, and work early morning shifts.
