Job Summary

We are actively seeking detail-oriented, energetic, and highly hospitable individuals to join our omnichannel team. As an entry-level Personal Shopper, you will navigate the store to fulfill online grocery orders. You will serve as an in-aisle ambassador, delivering the signature freshness and accuracy that sets Publix apart in the grocery retail industry. This is an active, fast-paced role perfect for those who love staying on the move while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Premier Selection: Utilize handheld devices to pick digital orders, applying the strict "Publix Standard" to selecting only the freshest, unblemished produce and highest quality meats.
• Speed & Accuracy: Navigate the store efficiently to meet strict time goals, scanning item barcodes to ensure 100% order accuracy.
• Customer Communication: If an item is out of stock, communicate thoughtfully to select the best possible substitution, ensuring the customer feels completely taken care of.
• Staging & Packing: Bag groceries securely, separating chemicals from perishables, and stage them in the appropriate cold-hold locations for pickup.
