Job Summary

We are actively seeking organized, detail-oriented, and highly responsible individuals to join our backroom team. As a Receiving Associate, you will be trained to manage vendor deliveries, break down incoming freight, and maintain the safety of the receiving dock. • Vendor Receiving: Check in daily local vendors and massive warehouse deliveries, verifying physical drop-offs against invoices and delivery manifests.
• Dock Management: Maintain an impeccably clean and safe receiving dock, ensuring pallets are stored correctly and emergency exits remain completely unobstructed.
• Freight Breakdown: De-palletize incoming shipments, organizing boxes onto rolling flatbeds for the shelf stocking team to take to the sales floor.
• System Auditing: Utilize handheld scanners to verify that incoming deliveries match the store's ordering expectations and report any missing items.
