Job Summary

We are actively seeking experienced, food-passionate, and highly organized individuals to join our leadership team. As a Team Lead, you will direct shift operations, ensuring that organic compliance, food safety, and visual merchandising standards are met flawlessly. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Shift Direction: Delegate daily tasks to department associates, ensuring freight is processed, displays are built, and the sales floor is fully recovered.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to Whole Foods Market quality standards, ensuring proper cold-chain management and organic product separation.
• Team Coaching: Provide in-the-moment feedback to team members, train new hires on department procedures, and foster a positive, inclusive work culture.
• Inventory Management: Assist the Department Manager with cycle counts, ordering processes, and identifying areas of high shrink or waste.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.
• No college degree required; 1 to 3 years of retail, grocery, or culinary leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Must possess an incredibly sharp eye for detail, a passion for natural foods, and strong coaching skills.
• Ability to stand on hard surfaces, navigate the sales floor actively, and safely lift up to 40 pounds regularly.
