Job Summary

We are actively seeking experienced, highly organized, and driven leaders to join our club management team. As a Department Supervisor, you will direct the stock clerks, manage inventory flow, and ensure all safety protocols are followed. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Direct the daily tasks of the department associates, ensuring pallets are broken down swiftly and products are merchandised correctly.
• Inventory Management: Conduct daily walk-throughs to identify low stock, manage shrink, and coordinate with the receiving dock for rapid replenishment.
• Quality Control: For fresh departments, rigorously enforce temperature logs, expiration date rotations, and sanitation standards.
• Member Service: Lead by example on the floor, assisting members with locating items and resolving any issues related to your department.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age upon application.

• Extreme physical stamina with the continuous ability to walk the concrete floors, lift heavy items, and operate pallet jacks.
