- Cold Chain Management: Unload daily refrigerated and frozen deliveries rapidly, ensuring items are moved to the backroom coolers without breaking temperature requirements.
- Merchandising & Rotation: Stock grocery shelves meticulously, utilizing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) methods to ensure older products sell first, minimizing waste.
- Date Auditing: Conduct daily expiration audits across dairy, meat, and produce sections, removing any out-of-date items immediately.
- Zone Maintenance: Keep all glass doors clean, sanitize shelving, and proactively assist guests trying to locate specific ingredients or dietary items.
