Job Summary

We are actively seeking hard-working, positive, and detail-oriented individuals to join our frontline team. Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Point of Sale Operations: Master our retail software, processing credit, cash, and digital transactions accurately, and ensuring a friendly checkout experience.
• Self-Checkout Management: Assist senior staff in monitoring the Self-Checkout lanes, stepping in to help guests scan large items or apply coupons.
• Premium Hospitality: Deliver exceptional guest service. This includes acknowledging waiting customers in line, greeting them warmly, and providing personalized care.
• Front End Support: Ensure the checkout lanes never run out of essential supplies by restocking bags, organizing candy racks, and maintaining a clean belt.
• Problem Resolution: Learn how to handle basic guest objections and escalate complex pricing issues or missing barcodes to team leads smoothly.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age (with valid work permit) or 18 years of age upon application.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; no prior cashier or customer service experience necessary.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift 20-40 pounds on a regular basis.
