Job Summary

We are actively seeking physically strong, energetic, and highly reliable individuals to join our distribution center team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for unloading trailers, picking bulk orders for store delivery, and operating heavy machinery. You will serve as the logistical heartbeat of the company, delivering the signature scale that sets us apart in the grocery industry. This is a highly physical role perfect for those who want to avoid sitting at a desk.

Comprehensive Responsibilities

• Order Selection: Use digital pick sheets and smart-scanners to locate bulk organic inventory in the warehouse racks with absolute accuracy.
• Pallet Building: Stack bulk cases strategically onto pallets to prevent damage during transit, shrink-wrapping them securely for the outbound trucks.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate electric pallet jacks, walkies, and reach trucks to transport heavy orders across the expansive facility floor (certification provided).
• Safety Adherence: Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace, adhering to strict safety guidelines and yielding to heavy machinery traffic.
